"Tried calling twice, put on hold both times as soon as the phone was answered. Spent 20min on hold in total, only to be told all they do is sleep studies, though Google lists them as an imaging center for MRI."
"If Tricare assigned you to this place, call back and get a referral to a different location. You will regret going to this place."
"I had my sleep study here and it was a very pleasant experience. My sleep tech was Ms.Brittany, she was kind, professional and went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable for my sleep study. The office manager Ms. Tonya Brock was good with communication during my appointment set up. The bedding was comfortable and the tv had Netflix. I would recommend anyone to go here for your sleep study."
"I had a sleep study here and they got me in soon as possible. Other places were booked out and the staff here was accommodating and professional. Beds were actually regular beds and not hospital like the other labs I have been to before. They were very speedy on getting back my results and sending it to my doctor."
"ANYONE should take their money and open up a sleep study lab, and I’m already convinced it would be nicer and more professional than this. I’m talking: cheap beds, random furniture from Craigslist, and the very cheapest polyester bedding you could find. Nothing relaxing about it. There was ONE employee on duty. You come in at 8pm and get woken up at 4am. Whose sleep pattern follows those hours?????? Not sure if other labs are different, but insurance would be better off monitoring people in their sleep at home with a video camera, I’m sure it would be a lot cheaper too."
