"Made an appointment to be seen due to an excruciating headache (I had it more than 12hrs) that was causing my vision to blur/feel faint and abdominal pain that had me bent over. Check in process was quick and easy. The receptionist was nice she did tell me it would be a little bit of a wait. Once you get to the back they rush you and act as if you’re being an inconvenience. The nurse who took my vitals was irritable and as she was asking me questions she kept rolling her eyes and deep breathing. Told me my symptoms was all over the place and she left out. The PA Mark Lucas came in and said the exact same thing as well as being that my symptoms was all over the place it’ll be a waste to run test to figure out what was wrong with me. He told me that he had no medicine higher then what I had already given myself and he hoped I felt better. He asked me on a scale of 1-10 how bad was I hurting I said a 14. I had to force them to give me a pain shot because I wasn’t leaving without some kind of treatment (The lady who gave the shot was nice). Even after mentioning the Flu and Covid has been at my place of employment they didn’t even budge to give me a test. Just said if you don’t feel well to come back. Yea right I surely won’t be back. Drive the extra miles and go to the one in Raeford or Pinehurst they actually care and treat the patients well."

"Took my son for a COVID test for work. The receptionists weren’t very friendly. No one even said hello. Not a good bye. Not a take care. Customer service was not their strong point. It was almost like we were an inconvenience even being there. But the provider was quick & great. He even told my son he could sign forms that he needs in order to return to work when we were told by the receptionist that couldn’t be done. Clean facility. Fast service."
