"Poor build quality. I had to actually show them how to squat up a desk being built and level it before counters were installed.. there’s more but not going to waste my time. I’m just warning you. Very poor communication. They wouldn’t communicate with me if a decision needed made, they would just do it and I’d come in and ask why these things were done incorrectly. “You could have called me” The poor communication and having to constantly fix mistakes added approximately 1/2 weeks to the build. Which you all know, time is money and that put us behind. Could have been easily solved with better communication."

"Avacoll, Inc was recently hired by our condo association to paint the exterior of our homes. Once the work was completed I was disappointed to find a significant amount of paint had been spilled on my deck boards. I asked them to return to clean up the paint and was told they are “too busy” and would not come back. I am beyond disgusted with this response and do not feel they deserve anyones business!"
