"I recently had a manicure and pedicure at this salon, and while the pedicure by Mimi was acceptable, it was rushed, which seems to be common practice with many technicians here. The manicure, however, was a different story. I had a dip with tips done by Chanel, and the quality was extremely disappointing. Within three days, one nail had already come off, and within 5 days to a week, all of them had. The nails were uneven, with open sides exposing my real nails and skin. It’s clear that some of the manicurists need proper training, as not all of them are proficient in doing nails, as was the case with Chanel. The pricing at this salon is also exorbitant, with additional charges for nearly everything. Despite consistently opting for shorter nails, I was charged for "long" tips. On top of the dipping powder with tips, there were extra charges for the tip length, the nail color, removing old nails, and even for a French manicure. Additionally, if you opt for gel during a pedicure or need a nail repair, expect to pay extra. The decor in this establishment leaves much to be desired as well. Paint is literally peeling off the walls and ceilings, and the interior is extremely dated. Given the money this place makes, you would expect them to invest in a complete remodel to create a more welcoming atmosphere, including massage chairs that actually work."

The salon is clean and very well stocked with a multitude of color options and products. Once you’re in the back they offer you a drink from a variety of options and make sure you feel comfortable. Mia has GREAT attention to detail, my nails & toes always look great. She’s professional, personable and great to talk to. Her work is always very clean, meaning no clumps of acrylic or paint.
