"This uhaul didn't deserve 1 star. Not only did it take 5 hours to place a hitch on my jeep...just found out it was put on incorrectly. I carry a medical scooter and it grinds on the ground on some driveways, some SMALL speed bumps and handicapped ramps. I drive very slowly. Now lift and hitch needs to be reset. I willd NEVER go to that Uhall.m as those 3 guys were clueless."

"For a place that advertised 7 day propane refill there should probably be a tech that can actually get propane. I went Thursday and was told it's the propane guys off day,so I go back today Sunday just to be told that no one is certified to handle propane. Even though the propane tanks were unlocked and wide open."

"Got a trailer hitch installed. It was straightforward to schedule, which was good. First they couldn’t find my reservation, then found it on the previous day, even though I had an email with the correct day. Employees claimed I would be notified when it was done, but I was not. I tried to call to see if it was ready, but the phones just send you to the central U-Haul customer service, which of course knows nothing. So I went back at the end of the day, and it was ready but then I had to fight rush hour traffic. Employee claimed that they texted but the system doesn’t work well. I did not receive a text. After getting in my car, I discovered that they somehow disabled my rear automatic braking system, so now I have to figure out how to fix that. Overall not a great experience."

"I wish zero stars was an option. The service at this location was absolutely terrible. I was charged for additional labor that was not communicated until checkout. I was on the property the entire time the hitch was being installed. The general manager was the person performing the install and when I asked why I wasn't informed about the additional charge, he said, "did you want me to communicate, or get your vehicle finished?" There were multiple employees working that could have provided that information if he was unable to. I understand being frustrated due to being short-staffed & behind schedule but the attitude and lack of customer service from the general manager for what was already a $350+ service is unacceptable. This is after I had already been misquoted over the phone by a representative who left out the cost of labor. Avoid this location at all costs, they do not care about customers."
