"This company used to have good quality control. Almost everything that they produce is scratched, chipped, or flawed in some major way now-a-days. I have received insulated units with tape in between, bugs stuck to inner panes, gummy streaks on low e surface. Today I received 4 units that all had an edge that was jagged like it was cut with a chainsaw. This company seems to not give 2 cents about what has their name on it."
