"Do not ever send a loved one here. Not only are the counselors completely unhelpful. They will lie to you about billing and hit you with bills weeks later, after telling you that you only have to pay a "x" amount upon admission. Additionally, you actually cannot leave even if you self-admit. They say you are "free to leave against medical advice" but what they don't tell you is that they will keep ALL of your belongings (phone, ID, literally every belonging you have on you when you arrive) for 48 hours if you do and they noted since the facility is on a highway, they would have to call the police if you leave since you would be walking on the highway with no way of calling a car or getting home or contacting anyone. As well, they refused to let me call my job to tell them where I was so I ended up losing my job from going to this facility, all while being chastised by my counselor and being made to wait 8 hours to actually speak with her again. I would have stronger words for you Lauren, but I trust you would not care. The only positive part I believe was consistency in medication in terms of the schedule they had. Otherwise, it felt like a prison where they take advantage of people who are in need, and trick them into signing a bunch of documents while often intoxicated on intake."

"This has to be one of the best detox facilities out. The rooms and the entire facility are cleaned 24/7 and I mean 24/7. The staff are extremely attentive and the counselors are so personable. The nurses and nurse practitioners on staff are super helpful and caring to get you the medication you need without hesitation. I highly recommend this facility to any individual that needs help. Please do not hesitate to make a call for your addiction. They’re here for you."
