"The people are nice. The food was good. I didn't like about stonecrest that the medicine they gave I got worse coming out. I was given medicine that made self harm myself. I was on albifty that had a history of lawsuit drug. I over spend my credit card after being on alfity"

"My grandson was here and did not receive the care and attention that his diagnosis needed. Instead, he was mistreated. I too work with our population that has DD and MI and am VERY WELL AWARE of what good care looks like..AND ITS DEFINITELY NOT STONE CREST. He was not allowed outside but only 2 times in 17 days!! He had a staff member throw a shoe at him which hit him in his back and was talked to with not an ounce of respect. They are obviously quite comfortable doing this as they did it while my daughter and I was on the phone with him and didn't seem to care that we could hear everything they were saying to him and how they were talking to him. When attempting to address concerns about my grandson and his care, my daughter was given non licenced staff to speak with over the phone who knew absolutely nothing about his plan of care, nor should they. They had him so medicated all he did was sleep, eat and cry...that tore my heart out. He was suppose to be getting medications adjusted and evaluations for Autism...instead he was treated with NO DIGNITY AND TRAUMATIZED EVEN MORE. This place is a disaster!! DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!! I have been in healthcare for 25 years and this place is one of the worst I have witnessed."

"This place is horrible and should be shut down. My adult son was there for almost a month and came out over medicated and days later admitted to another hospital. He was diagnosed by Cedar Creek Hospital doctor with neuroleptic malignant syndrome which he could have died from. This was due to all the medications they had given him and sent him home on. Also it was impossible to reach anyone for information on how he was doing. Finally I told them I was going to call the joint commission if someone did not call me back. They responded quite promptly then. He also lost 20 pounds while there. Please, please do not send your loved ones to Stone Crest"

"Someone start a petition to shut this place down!!! There’s A LOT of malpractice and cover up going on. This facility is profit based only. Their only concern is payment they get from the insurance company. No interaction with the doctor, no one on one therapy for those who need it. They just threaten you to take medications or threaten to make you stay longer. Patient was discharged and they said pt should be getting contacted for outpatient therapy but no one has ever contacted them or reached out to them. They could give a damn. Pt Left voicemails and no one had gotten back to pt. No social work follow up or anything. Like I said once they get there insurance money they are done with you and don’t give a damn about you!! STAY AWAY FROM STONE CREST! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! Not to mention they violate your rights and exploit your confidentiality. I already sent in a complaint. We will be settling these issues in court ASAP!"

"My friend is currently here and being threatened with court since he signed a 3- day which he is LEGALLY allowed to do. He went in for medication management, that’s it. He’s not a danger to himself or anyone else , so what’s the deal? Y’all have them on trackers, you drug them until they can’t think straight, they can’t have hot food because allegedly that’s too dangerous, you don’t involve them in their treatment plan…..the list goes on. What exactly are y’all for ? Because my friend seems so much more stressed than when he went in. DONT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE"
