"On May 15, 2022 my husband took me to Washington Regional Medical Center ER because I was having a heart attack. My husband went to the door and stated he needed assistance to get me out of the car. They quickly responded with a wheelchair. Before taking me out of the car they began talking to me to calm me down. The nurses took me straight in the ER and began working on me. Within a matter of minutes they confirmed my worst fear, that I was having a heart attack at that moment. One nurse went out to speak with my family while the others continued to work on me. They administered the clot buster and broke up the clot that was in the artery to my heart. In less then an hour they had me air lifted to Greenville. This group of nurses, lab personnel, radiologist, and doctor, saved my life. They kept my family informed the entire time. This experience was the best I have ever experienced with any hospital. I thank God for the hospital and staff that took such good, professional care of me."

"Washington Regional Medical Center in itself is a very nice facility, I have been to the hospital for x-rays, mammograms, and other appointments and everything went accordingly. On 8/12/21 I visited the Emergency Room, the check-in process went smoothly, the nurse that called me to the ER department was very friendly and personable. So while the nurse was checking my vital signs, a different nurse pops open the door and began asking me why I was there, mind you upon checking in I told the person at registration why I was there, the nurse checking me in had ask. So when the nurse that popped in asked why I was there clearly already knew why I was there; as I began to answer, she rudely cut me off and ask why didn't I go see my doctor today instead of coming to the ER., but before I could answer, again she rudely cut me off and let me know I would have to see my doctor. So as I am waiting for the Physician to come in a male nurse enter my room and ask "so what going on with you tonight?" Before I could answer he is EXTREMELY RUDE! He was so rude, I was shocked!!! Every-time I opened my mouth to talk wooooaaaa he had a smart snap back!!! so rude to the point I turned my head away from him and I stop answering his questions. I started to get up, get dressed and leave, but then I realize he wasn't the doctor. So I waited nervously and anxious that the doctor was going to rude as well, but to my surprise he was cordial and decent. He was nice. But those two nurses made me feel awful. I can't believe how they treated me."

". staff was great and told us what was going on all the time when my mother got admitted with pneumonia last week. She did real well and left doing better. Looked like new people since coming awhile back and they were all real helpful."
