"This place is incredible, they offer so many services from massage, reiki, acupuncture sauna, couples massages, all the way to cupping and guasha and scraping! All of the staff are so knowledgeable and excellent! Kelly the owner of this establishment offers craniosacral therapy! Which is an excellent and gentle technique for relaxation and so many other ailments. I recommend anyone here. They also have a very cute shop in the front of the store with clothing, lotions, incense, candles etc. There is also a large space downstairs where they host events, gong baths, sound baths, and workshops! Parking is free on sundays and parking is free after 6pm. Tons of street parking!"

"On a scale of romance novels to documentaries, Thrive On Health is the feel-good witchy story. As soon as you walk in the door, you're met with an array of local goods with all sorts of different types of home remedies, incense, and more. I loved the selection of "potions" and body lotions. Couples Massage: The purpose of my trip to Thrive on Health was a couples massage and then sauna time. We were greeted and shown to a room in the basement (it's a really unique space) with two massage beds. A nice treat of this room's location was the nearby bathroom across the hall. The massages were adequate though I'm sure if I had spoken up more it would have been better! I, apparently, start shy. Sauna: After our massage, we dressed and were shown to the sauna. The sauna was located within a room ("a box within a box within a box" as my partner quipped), and we disrobed again to enjoy the sauna heat. Though small, the room was nicely decorated and water was provided. Overall, this is a great location for multiple self-care routines!"
