"The girl that has the blonde hair that’s a little heavier was working again this morning 8/9 at 6:30am! She is the most unpleasant person I’ve ever met! I work in hospitality and I know your not suppose to treat customers like that! While I was telling her what I wanted she was talking to another woman that was working so she asked me to repeat myself. Well I told her again what I wanted and she threw the cigarettes on the counter and they slid across the counter. There was no good morning there was nothing from her! You need to invest in people who have respect for the people who come in there every morning and spend money. Rudest girl I have ever come encounter with! Then I looked back at her and she was looking at me with a snarly face! I couldn’t believe what I saw! I will drive 10 minutes out of my way to visit another Shell station before I go back in there!"

"Everytime I'm in there the girls are on the phones, I've been told that returns are more important and not paying attention to the register to push the bottom so the payment goes through, I have stuff to do don't need to be standing there waiting for them to???"

"Went to pay for all my stuff. Total was $102.00 and was told I couldn't use my card as credit. Explained I have been there numerous times and used it as credit. Girl had no clue and told me to call my bank. Needless to say I went next door to BP and spent my money."
