"Most of the time the staff is wonderful. The shift manager at 5:45pm on July 2nd was rude and slow! Most stores are allowing people to bring in their own cups and charge less than a dollar for a refill. She made me get another cup, which is not a big deal, but then proceeded to charge me over a dollar! When I mentioned the price she said, "You can just go there then." I have NEVER been sorudely treated!"

"I am a regular customer of true north had a worst experience in my Life by the cashier in the evening shift. At around 6pm I asked her 3 packs Pall Mall 100s she gave me kings. when I went back in 5minutes to exchange those she said it is federal offense i asked her to keep those 3packs I don't want it she said fine so i left those at the store walked out without my cigarettes which i already paid for I will never go back to true north again. !!! What they will do with 3 packs may be they will sell it again to someone. Sorry to say but I think i was racially profiled."
