"Very sketchy store, do not recommend going here without a buddy. I also would not recommend going here after dark. There was homeless people all over that area and an overwhelming uneasy feeling. However, the store attendant was extremely nice and helpful."
"Horrible customer service, you ask for a bag they either won't give you 1, until you ask for more than once(respectfully and nicely) they either act like you have 3 heads or get aggravated giving you one. I would stay clear away from this location"
"This place is fine. Just they insist on lying about being open 24 hours. I work a couple blocks away. I've made the walk a handful of times at 2 or 3 AM and they are just closed. They last time, I edited the hours assuming they must just be wrong, albeit, maybe I didnt do it correctly. But the business re-edited the hours, claiming to be open 24 hrs. TLDR. Standard convenience store. Just they ARE NOT open 24hrs and insist on claiming that they are."
"I’m unsure what the last reviewer meant by this is one of the most realistic locations. Hi unfortunately I did not have a great experience. The store is supposed to open at 7 AM every day and around 7:08 PM I joined three other people who were waiting for it to open. I start at work at 7:30 AM and really wanted to get a five hour energy to help me get through the day. However, the only indication of the store operating was the loud classical music that was being played by speakers on the outside of the building that had been reinforced with security cages. The music is meant to frustrate homeless people who may try to loiter around the store. I am unsure how I feel about this, but I will say it is pretty irresponsible of them to not open on time on the first work day of 2022. Especially, being in downtown Boston they should realize the number of customers that they lose by being late."
