"I took my mom into Lush for the first time on Wednesday and had an amazing experience thanks to Venus! Venus was kind, informed on the products, and very pleasant to talk to. My mom has such a good experience for her first time and talked about it on the way home, then again when we got home to her husband. 10/10 customer service skills for Venus, they helped my mom find a sample of product (she's loving it and it will be back lol) that would work for her skin as she is allergic to a lot of lotions and creams. Amazing! Recommended stopping in even if its just to take a look around :)"

"My SIL and I went into the lush store at south hills mall today to try to find shea butter. When we entered the store, we were greeted with a friendly smile and demeanor by Elliott. He was super helpful throughout our store trip and showed us new products that we didn’t even realize would benefit us! Elliott was kind, knowledgeable, personable, and made us feel so welcome. "I just needed to give some praise to 2 of your amazing employees. My daughters had never been in Lush before and I decided to take them in today. We were IMMEDIATELY greeted by Elliott when we walked in the store. They took the time to ask questions about what we were shopping for, and were so incredibly thorough when explaining things about the products to 2 preteen girls and myself. And they also took the time to get to know a little bit about us, which in this day and age, in a mall setting, is kind of unheard of. I truly appreciated such a warm, genuine interaction. Shout out to Em at the register as well! Who also was super friendly and helpful. Both of these folks deserve some recognition for being such outstanding employees! We can’t wait to try out our purchases and stop back in again asap!"

"Lush’s products and branding have taken them to fascinating heights! The store has unique merchandise full of different scents and cruelty free selection. The staff are super friendly, well-trained, and even gave us a demonstration of how it’s used. It was an excellent experience and we’d recommend it to anyone! My only complaint is that the girl with the bright orange-dyed hair was missing a name tag."
