"It’s me again. I can’t reiterate enough how terrible the service here is. I went back to the store to speak to the owner again, and was trying to be as nice as possible as I also work in the vape industry and know how annoying customers can get. As I tried to explain how it wasn’t his fault, but the Hyde company’s fault for the bad vape, he would not listen and threatened violence upon me and my boyfriend. I’ve heard other negative reviews of this place, and should have listened to them. Go to Daily Mart instead!!!!"

"I went to store here trying buy some snacks. The guy at the store who is owner I think name is Ali. He overcharged me almost $10 for a candy bar, and even though I’m only in America and Pennsylvania 2 years, I know this is wrong. He call me a STUPlD lMMIGRANT because I don’t know how money works and my English is not so good. I am very disappointed in the service for customer in this country because of him."

"Hi. The customer service here was absolutely terrible. I received a faulty disposable vape, and tested it in front of the owner, Ali, and he refused to give me a refund. It was a broken device as well as the end fell off making it a safety hazard, and he accused me of breaking it in front of him. I asked for either a refund, a swap, or a discount on the same product, but he asked me instead if I wanted to fight. I would strongly recommend never going here as that is not only a true testament on his behavior as a business owner, but more importantly as a human. Shameful."
