"The atm outside of giant eagle in Washington is not working at all most of the time. On the rare occasion that it is working, the options are limited, you usually can’t make a deposit. The atm on Main Street inside the branch is just as bad. I haven’t had much of an issue with the one behind the bank but I shouldn’t have to go to 3 atms before I find one that’s up and running. Also if you need to speak with someone in customer service they are very difficult to understand and are very rude. My overall experience with this branch has been unpleasant to say the least. I definitely would NOT recommend!!"

"DO NOT USE ANY CITIZENS BANK! They admitted to pushing charges through when money is not available. This only benefits them as they will then charge you a large fee to get back in the positive. They are robbing customers so ply because they can and we have no recourse. D no use them unless you don't care about what happens with your money. I'd rate them lower but you can't."

"Why does the app keep doing this to me? This is like the 15th time. I've been to the bank I've changed it there I've changed it on the website many times and yet it keeps doing this. Soon as I choose to have my user name saved so I don't have to type it every time I want it the app, this is what happens. I'm so frustrated with this app ever since your ppl updated it. Things need to change quickly"

"Citizens is an absolute joke. I overdrafted my account and before I even got hit with an overdraft fee I fixed it. I then got an overdraft fee I couldn't afford so then the branch manager said she would return my call. Two days later I sat with no returned phone call. Then I called card services and I was told they were going to compensate do not worry about the two fees they hit me with so I didn't. I go back and I owe $90.00 because they have now hit me with three fees this bank is terrible. The communication is poor and it's upsetting I even thought that this bank was a good bank i will pay this overdraft fee but I would never in life recommend a bank that plays with people's money. It's said not to mention they do not whatsoever value there customers if they did I wouldn't be $90.00 in the hole. It's sad wish any and everyone luck but think before you bank with them with your hard earned money"
