"Do you like never having anyone answer the phone when you call? Do you think leaving a message and waiting for someone to call you back for your insurance needs is good customer service? Then this is the agency for you. I’ve been with Great Lakes Insurance since they opened for business. Even before that when it was the Briggs Agency. I told this to the operating manager six months ago and hoped there would be a change, but no change. Extremely disappointed that they have gotten so big and this is now acceptable customer service. I am no longer with this agency due to this."
