"Thinks they can park on the sidewalk. I called 711 corporate. For asking them to move the car I got banned from the store. Sent this to corporate who said " we look forward to seeing you back in our stores. " - Sarah Reizakis When I tried to return I was thrown out again."
"Tried to go at midnight and the doors were locked. The store owner was inside and completely ignoring us waving outside. After several minutes he came to the door, opened it and began yelling and cursing at us, telling us to leave. He smelled like alcohol and he was slurring his words. We tried to explain to him that it says it’s open 24 hours online, and he said that it’s not open 24 hours. We informed him that maybe they should change the hours on google to not mislead people and he said he couldn’t do anything about it. We told him he should tell the manager to change the store hours, and he told us he was the owner and doesn’t need to change anything. He continued to yell at us and swear at us, and he was acting quite drunk, so we left. He needs to have his franchise removed"
"Tried giving this store a few tries but the owner is actually abhorrent. Every time has a scowl on his face, is rude, and does the minimal effort for his job. I went to get a donut, and the second I open the door to the little stand, fruit flies came flying out in a mass. Not just one or two but a ton of them; it was disgustingly obvious. When I told the owner he looked at me like it was my problem. I also saw him make a parking job for someone way harder than it had to be. He sat in his car while watching someone struggle to parallel park in front of him, while he has all the room to move back a bit and help them. It was almost as if he was hoping they would hit him so he could make a fuss out of it. Just goes to show he’s a miserable human being that doesn’t care about anything and will go out of his way to be a jerk."
"The 7eleven owner of this store is jeopardizing their business because of the guy Bob behind the counter. He is literally rude and nasty to every customer that comes to the store especially myself. I cashed a ticket once and it was $15 he literally threw the money at me. I don’t get what this guys issue is. Don’t work there if you hate your job. This store will eventually either close or fire this guy. I’m sorry but how many chances does somebody get?"
"I think this might be the first two star review I’ve given. I went into the store to get a Big Gulp which is a regular indulgence for me. The store wasn’t too busy, but messy both inside & out. They only gave lids behind the counter so I got in line with my uncovered beverage. When I got to the counter the clerk handed me a lid. I think it’s an anti-theft thing. The whole checkout process was messed up. I have the 7-Eleven wallet and was trying to use my points for a free Gulp. The clerk did not allow me to enter my phone number. Also, the Gulp rang up to $3.84 which I knew was wrong. The clerk said that’s the price. I kept showing him the App bar code because I wanted to pay with the Wallet. He finally rang it up and later I found out why he was reluctant. When I got back to the hotel I looked at the transaction and the cup rang up as something different than a Big Gulp. Basically cheated me from the product I chose. Since I had the electronic transaction receipt there was proof. I’ve never had this happen at a 7-Eleven in my life and I’m old, LOL. The store should know this because of two things. First, I was staying across the street for two weeks and they got one purchase from me. I never went back because of this issue so think of all the sales missed because I bought a lot of groceries and such from other stores. Second, I logged this issue with 7-Eleven corporate and they made me whole so I was not out anything dispute the clerk / store. I hope this review helps others. The old adage ‘buyer beware’ goes for this store."
