"I have been in manufacturing at some capacity for over 35 years, I have swept many a floor and turned many a handle. In bringing me here, I performed an on-site visit to qualify P&C's facility for a project they are working on for me/ my company. Their facility sits on farmland and to me, that means they're not afraid of work and can get it done right, its how work gets done. No pencil pushers, Engineers and CAD guys and Machinists Yes, .The interior has A/C which means inspection tools are "As calibrated" and the facility is clean inside. All the equipment is strategically placed for manufacturing efficiencies like a shop should be setup. I met with Paul who's quite passionate about his business, his people and how he gets things done. He takes pride in his work, his employees and his employees take pride in what they do as well.
