"They were nice enough when we went looking for a chair, now that we have it and there's problems they won't do anything about it. It was $1,700 and the whole mechanism for the chair is sloppy like it's old and wore out and I don't care for how low the footrest is. $1,700 and they couldn't care less. Can't return it, exchange it, no money back, nothing. So I guess they just want your money initially. Afterwards they don't care anything about you. Will never buy there again."
