"I usually use Rhythm brand for my Pax pod. It usually lasts me about a month as I only use it at night. I tried Strane by Holistic Farms. I was highly disappointed with this brand as it only lasted me 10 days! It kept getting clogged and I would have to turn the heat setting up just about all the way just to get a hit from it! This brand is terrible not even worth buying it on sale! I am back to using the rhythm brand. Highly disappointed."

The other locations have no idea how to contact corporate offices for Holistic industries. How can a person follow up professionally with a company with incorrect information."

"I've gotten numerous oils the 510 threads where the oil logs at the bottom or it leaks. Got some concentrate the other day was a 1/2 g weighed it weighed. .28. I've tried to email call everything no response the dispensary is now accepting returns from them but you need to get the ok from holistic farms and I can't contact anyone.. Update I actually have gotten a email from someone and a national director or something called me today and explained alot of things that I never heard of or even would have imagined. He worked through the issue I had and basically made the most he could out if it in his end. To me that's a honest belief that they are trying to fix errors and if there are quality issues or whatever to make it right. I really feel like a valued customer with this kind of response from them they didn't try to accuse me of lieing first off which alot of companies would do he's like we want quality products that are the amt stated when you purchase the product. So I'm actually going to give them another chance and I will share this info with others."
