"We went to Renew Spa twice on our NYC vacation. The people are so nice, and they give the best foot & leg rubs I have ever had in my life. If you’re like us, walking 7-8 miles a day while on vacation, your feet deserve a treat. It’s in a great neighborhood, right off Broadway. Just walk up the stairs! I promise you won’t regret it! The music is calm & relaxing, there is free WiFi & comfy chairs. Just walk in! The first time we got an hour foot/leg massage and the second we did 45 because we had to catch a flight."

"Literally one of the best massages of my life! I went about 3 months ago and sadly, I lost the business card of the person's name who gave me the massage but I'm sure everyone is great. I'm moving home to California in 2 days and I made a special trip down here just to go one last time."

"Thought I’d try this place as it was near my hotel. Unfortunately it was very disappointing. I booked a 90min full body and foot massage and what I got was 30min of my back being pressed over a towel and then 30 min more pressing and then she disappeared for 10 min and came back and wasted time with a towel for another 10 min and a foot massage for 10min. Throughout the massage she kept on sneezing and burping, she clearly had a cold and had eaten too much. The room was horrible, dark and smelt bad. Only positive was the staff were friendly at the front desk. I was asked if I wanted to pay cash or card and the card payment was 10 dollars extra plus taxes. Overall not worth the money at all sadly."

"Wonderful massage but even better people. We had two Amazing ninety minute massages. I got home and realized I had Lost a gold necklace with some stationary diamonds. I called, the team looked diligently and found it in the waiting area. We came by to pick it up and tried to offer the team a small reward. There was a lot of back and forth and ultimately, our reward was refused. They said the is is our job, just come back. This was probably our 6th or 7th and we will be back for many visits! A wonderful group of human beings. A must visit."
