"If I could give a zero star, I would. I brought a bunch of stuff to return to GNC store at Ross Park Mall yesterday because the package arrived at my house later than I needed. The guy at GNC first told me I couldn't do store return because of some really lame excuses until I pointed out the option to "return to store" on the receipt. Then he looked at the products and told me he couldn't do it because there was "no room on the shelf". We were shocked after hearing what he said, but he clearly didn't care. Even if that's the true reason, how is that my problem? If you didn't want to go through the trouble of the return, at least come up with some better excuses! This is the WORST service I've ever experienced and I would not shop at GNC ever again."
