Steve was true to his word, Shawn was top notch, he was a gentleman, true his word, He followed through with the job. They showed up when they were supposed to. The workers were gentleman, knowledgeable & the building went up as planned, on time & under budget. I would recommend them to anybody else. I had no problems, they Stood by their work and when I asked for doing smaller tasks on site, they had no problem accommodating me. "I contracted with Ithaca Steel to supply three self store buildings for the second phase of construction late last year. I was referred to Shawn at Protrades USA to handle the actual build of the units onsite. I get a little nervous dealing with people over the internet but I quickly found that Shawn was a man of his word. We finally took delivery of the buildings June 1 this year and Shawn had his crew onsite and ready to work. The crew led by Jorge was great and by the 1st week in July they had the 18,000 sq ft up, even with some supply chain delays. The crew had to leave for a week while we waited for doors to arrive. Shawn had then back when the doors arrived and they finished the installation of the doors. As of today, August 6, the building are complete and we are ready to rent starting next week.
