"I'll start by saying that I went to two other dealerships and went to the three RV shows. No one had exactly what I was looking for until I found what I wanted online. I found the only Grey Wolf 19sm online at Butler RV. I immediately called and spoke with slim. He informed me that one was on order and set for arrival soon. I put a deposit down that night. I got the call three weeks later that it was in. Sam was amazing. Showed me my camper and financing was a breeze. What I really want to talk about is the service team. I had an issue with the refrigerator two months in and called the service department. Sam was on it. He called the company and followed up with me about troubleshooting. When that didn't work he immediately sent out two.. yes two techs. They found it working to my surprise because I turned it off completely but they stayed two hours and ripped it apart to find any outstanding issues. The technician did find an issue with the wiring and fixed it. To my surprise, Sam called me the next day to ask if everything was working. I'm blown away by this dealership and Sam and his team. I hear horror stories constantly about Forest River and dealerships. I'm beyond happy I purchased from these folks. Home town honest dealership. #proud#greatpeople."

"I just wanted to write this review to describe the level of exemplary service our family found at Butler RV and with Kurtis specifically. Most of our interactions were done via phone, email, text, and FaceTime too! I had selected our camper very specifically and they just happened to have one on their lot that had all the packages we wanted for our first family travel trailer. Kurtis was so attentive to our questions and concerns, especially because we were buying it practically sight unseen. He gave us a tour via FaceTime going over even the smallest minutiae that one might not even consider when purchasing a camper for the first time. His response time was very quick and helped us make the decision to drive the 4+ hours across the state with our two boys, 4 and 7. When we arrived they were so understanding with our boys just wanting to go in the camper, even though it was being equipped to be taken home. When we had mistakenly thought we had our towing package on our vehicle ready to go, they were able to offer us a wireless option that we were unaware of but greatly prefer and gave us a greater sense of comfort when driving across the state again in some weird spring snow squall! The finance department was kindness itself, efficient, and lively which made the experience of signing and initialing ad nauseam a pleasant and joyous endeavor. Everyone we encountered at Butler RV was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. We love our new camper, but we are also so very glad we made the trek to finally meet Kurtis in person, experiencing his kindness, his willingness to make sure we were more than satisfied with our decision gave us the comfort and peace of mind knowing that driving off the lot we had been taken care of in our purchase. Kurtis also gave us some campsite ideas this his family loves to go. We have already booked one of them for this summer!
