"As far as the appliances go, we are pleased. However, we are not pleased with the service we received. They could not order the washer and dryer we wanted, and a few days before my kitchen appliances were to arrive told us they could not get our dishwasher. When our fridge, oven, and microwave arrived they were not to instal as we did not pay for an instal fee. However, one of the guys plugged in the oven cord to the wall without plugging it into the oven. He tripped the breaker and shot out a spark, burning our new flooring and part of the cabinet by the stove. We are very disappointed, as we are building a new home. Our flooring and cabinets were not cheap. The owner is telling us there is nothing that can be done as far as compensation. I understand accidents happen and it could be worse, and I love supporting small and local business, but am disappointed with our experience here and will most likely not purchasing again."
