"Lately they have been giving us the wrong parts for what we ask for. When I give you the year , make , model , engine size etc... I expect the correct part. If they aren't sure a phone call or a question while I'm there would be a better result than just guessing. Also was told they didn't have a part on the shelf when I called. Made a trip up to find that the part was indeed on the shelf. Laziness is not accepted when it comes to customers. Pretty disgusted with the multiple trips do to getting the wrong part too ! Had to change my rating thus far. Update: I stopped in to get wiper blades and get them installed. The gentleman that took care of me was nice enough. Got me set up with some blades. Rang me out. Offered to put them on. He comes in with my rear wiper arm in his hand and said he hopes I'm not mad but he broke off my wiper arm assembly. Which , I wasn't to upset because things happen. Donnie , got me set up for a new one. Free of course. Just had to stop back and it'll get put on. I stop back. Ask the guy who broke it off to put it on and basically refused to do it. What in sam hell. I live alone. I don't have someone to put it on let alone am I going to pay for someone to put it on seeing he broke it and should've put it on. Poor customer service and care by some of the employees. Which in return dropped them from 3 stars to 1."

"These guys are amazing!!! Here I am, 160 miles away from the dealer I bought my truck from and still 450 miles from getting home when the transmission started slipping. These guys not only took me over to the fluids I needed but pointed out which ones were on sale. They also let me use some of their paper towels. Thanks guys!! I would recommend them for sure."
