"My refrigerator is broken and I’m trying to repair it. I called looking for a part and the woman was extremely rude. When I asked her what fridge she recommends because I was looking at Frigidaire or Whirlpool if mine can’t be fixed she stated we only carry whirlpool in a very rude manner. It was obvious she didn’t want to help. If my fridge can’t be repaired I’m most definitely not buying a new one from her. Somebody had recommended Bill’s appliance to me and my first interaction was terrible. What happened if I actually bought a fridge from bills and called with a question? Would I get the same service or since we exchanged money would you be a little nicer?"

"My husband and I just recently built our home and decided that we wanted to support a small family business over a big corporation when purchasing our appliances. The staff was very helpful and friendly when making our selection. My only complaint is when it came to our appliances being installed this could not be completed in a timely manner. My husband had called twice to set up a date without success. I understand that staffing may be an issue, but when you spend $5,000 you expect good service or at the very least a phone call back. So with that being said we ended up installing our own appliances."
