"I travel extensively with my truck and 5th wheel. And as far as I’m concerned have never met a finer owner/operator in the RV Sales and Service business. These folk are the best! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Really nice store!! Thanks a million! Brian."
"Great people good advice usually have what you need."
"Sorry, thought that I had done this a few years ago...great place to buy your next camper - family (and woman) owned dealership, fast and friendly - and great follow up with any issues! We bought our Hy-line at the RV show in 2020 (right before Covid) and had a great experience!"
"I had a busted shower line that needed replaced and figured since it wasn't a 'common item' I was going to get raked thru the coals but not only was it extremely reasonable they went above and beyond to be helpful! They had a decent selection of campers as well. Loved the experience"
"Poor communication with regards to service visits, especially for semi-permanent residents of vacation trailer parks. My parents own a trailer in a community and it is used on weekends and holidays. The AC and furnace needed serviced for annual maintenance and the AC was running poorly. Because my parents do not live in the trailer permanently, and because Dennis cannot guarantee when they will be there (I understand they make rounds at trailer parks and that makes sense), and they also don’t call you when on their way, I arranged for a key to be left in the park office. The day that Dennis arrived, my parents were present and using the key as a backup because they actually forgot their own. Dennis left without calling, and called me after the visit to tell me I would be charged a no-show fee ($100). What is the point of calling after leaving? Call upon arrival, especially if things aren’t as they said they would be. Secondly, when they did arrive and use the key on the second visit, and no one was present, they performed the work without calling to explain what was done or to clarify what exactly we wanted expected—which would have been more thorough than a meter reading of AC output at the vent. They simply went off of the secretary’s shorthand notes. I was sent a bill for $250, with the no show fee, noting “AC good” “furnace good”. Yikes."
