"My nails kept popping off and I had to keep super gluing them back on. She told me if I got a new set it wouldn't do it anymore cuz my nails underneath kept lifting. After getting a new set they lasted a week. One popped off. Three others were lifting. Told her I wasn't happy. She told me to go somewhere else. Not very professional at all"

"She does the most amazing work and is quick at it. Just because she’s quick does NOT mean her work is slacking. I ALWAYS get compliments on my nails. I send her pictures of what I like and she finds the color for me. Very friendly and courteous. I love that she is the only one there. "The best! I’ve been going to her for over 5 years! She never hesitates to get me in when she can and responds almost immediately! She does great work and I’ve never met a kinder human being. She feels like family to me and I always make great friends when I’m in there. I can never choose a color, no problem! She helps. One time I basically made her do a spider web on my nails ten times because I didn’t liked it (I was being ridiculously picky) not one complaint. Her shop is clean and comfortable and she is THE BEST! Love her and her work!"

"I am completely shocked by the way I was treated by Von! My first appointment with her was very rushed but I thought this was a one time thing. So my second appointment again very rushed and my nails looked horrible as you can see in the photo. I messaged von very politely telling her that I wasn’t happy with my nails and wanted to come in and get them fixed. She immediately blocked my number so I could not call her. After seeing that she read my message.You would’ve thought that I was messaging her over and over again. I sent one message! So after a couple weeks I stopped into her shop and her excuse was that she thought I didn’t like her work. Instead of just messaging me back she blocked me. Very unprofessional and also very rushed! Very sad to be in business for this many years and a treat someone like this."
