"T-Mobile is one of the worst one of the worst companies to deal with when it comes to getting a phone replaced or getting an upgrade you have to pay for a fee they just for them to switch your sim card out $35 for nothing it should be free but they're charging enough money for service where does ignorant mean people work in there too at the main headquarters I tried to get away from the third the cheapest so if you want to deal with T-Mobile I suggest you don't cuz they're just ruthless liars and thieves I walked out of the store and they wouldn't replace my phone cuz it was locked up I don't know why I got locked up but they would let me go out but they were going to take my payment out of my checking account but they were going hey let me walk out with no phone they were still going to take their payment out thieves and ripoff"

"I switched to T-Mobile after being with Verizon for about 10 years. I’d definitely recommend switching to T-Mobile if you want to save money, get faster speeds, and unlimited data. T-Mobile Tuesday’s is also an awesome bonus! The customer service was top-notch at the McMurray PA store! Ryan and Kam were friendly, knowledgable, and so helpful. I highly recommend checking out this store if you are thinking of switching to T-Mobile, you won’t be disappointed!"

"I came in needing a new phone because mine was broken, the guy I spoke to wasn’t very helpful and I genuinely did not know if it was best to get a new phone or the one I had fixed…usually when I get a new phone they have me set it up in store but that didn’t happen it felt like he wanted us in and out. He downloaded the eSIM card into my phone but when I got home I couldn’t back up my phone without deleting the card. (he explained NOTHING TO US) I was able to back up my phone and we had to drive back to t mobile to redownload the esim card…he seemed annoyed and said we shouldn’t have deleted it (but I had to because my phone wouldn’t back up with out deleting it?) he redownloaded it but I won’t be going back because he was so unfriendly."

"I went in angry because I ordered a tablet. I opened the package and there wasn't a sim card. Called customer care and they were rude and told me I would have to go to my nearest store. So I had to drive so i wasn't happy. The manager and associate were so good to me."
