"Went to purchase a new phone, switching to iPhone from an Android phone. Purchased the phone and thought Apple’s Genius Bar would help me transfer basic information and set phone up. Well, the guy at the Genius Bar was rude and obviously just wanted me out of his hair. Felt discriminatory. He claimed he couldn’t help me with the transfer because it would take 10 hours and sent me to do it myself at home. Well, the people at T-Mobile were able to do it in 15 minutes with no problem. South Hills Apple is disappointing, go to a different store if you want help."

"Five star service, used apple care theft protection. Broke my 1200 dollar 15 pro max, swooped it in 15 mins. It's totally worth the investment. Plus buy a good case and screen protectors they have. "Rude worker, tall white guy with dark hair. just would expect people to be nicer at work! Asked a question about unlocking a phone, and instead of helping with the steps to do so he basically just told me how apple is strict about it. which I understand, but when someone comes in for an issue you should probably also tell them what the next step is to do so instead of letting the customer walk out confused and not knowing what to do. and then also said “I mean what else are you gonna do with the phone” and proceeded to not tell me what to do next"
