"They never post the right hours on their own website or Google so you never know when it's going to open or close really. I feel bad for the staff as they are probably not being paid much and have to deal with a lot of unsavory characters of all kinds coming into that specific 711. They are fine but not always helpful with questions. It is NOT 24h? It's open until 10 or 12, so its useless"

"The manager/cashier was very mean. I am a slow decider when it comes to figuring out what I want to eat and he basically said I was taking too long and I should stand by the door if I’m buying anything. I had a few things I wanted in my bag and I told him I had already picked a few items and was just looking for what else I wanted. He told me to basically hurry up so I just went to check out without looking further. At checkout, he said he needed to see my ID and my credit card to authenticate it (I only brought food and I am over 21) even though I just used my card earlier at another store and know it works and I’ve also shopped at this 7/11 before with the same card but never had to have it authenticated. He also checked out a lot of other customers before me and never asked to authenticate their cards either. Overall, very mean manager/cashier. He was probably trying to find something wrong with my card to prevent me from checking out."

"So every person who has worked there for the past 5 years knows me and loves me. Tonight when I went in I was screamed at by some new guy. He was walking around angry and I was at the cappuccino machine which I use all thr time and have to often open it to bang out the powder, because it gets stuck. Well tonight it had a new drink option on there and no sticker below, so I open the machine to check what slot the new drink was in and the guy lost his mind and must of forgot he was at work. Only reason for 2 stars is because everyone else who works there is great. But that guy working on 5/31/22 at 11pm gotta go!"
