"Reserved electric bikes here while in for some baseball games for the weekend. Had them available and fully charged when we arrived. While Adam was obviously highly knowledgeable about the bikes, his associate who was present when we pick them up, was less so, but extremely pleasant and professional. We own our own electric bikes so there was no problem, but if you're new to electric bikes you may want to make sure when you reserve them that you ask any questions if he's not scheduled to be there. Also, check with him to see if there are bike maps available when you reserve.Overall a very positive experience and just referred some friends to them who have tickets for a Steelers game.Will be using them again in the future."
