"Had to call the warranty department to get a technician to my house to fix patio door. The representative ( Tessa) called me back almost immediately. She was fabulous. She took care of my issue. Really made me feel understood and heard and the urgency of what I needed fixed and got me scheduled with a technician for the same day. Technician showed up (Zach) five gold stars to him too. He called when he was 30 minutes away. Showed up when he said he was going to be here. Used his magic to fix my issue and a very quick amount of time was pleasant, Friendly, and knowledgeable.
