"Their medical staff is highly knowledgeable and caring. I would rate the medical staff 5 stars. BUT their phone system absolutely SUCKS. Good luck getting through to anyone. I have tried repeatedly to call and keep getting their automated system. Today, it told me my position in cue was "2", then after holding for several minutes, it clicked a few times and switched me to another system where I was told that my position in cue was "37". I thought that was odd, but waited several more minutes, finally to have the same message come on asking me if I wanted to hold or request a call back and they would get back to me within 1 business day (which is crazy, since if you need to cancel an appt for the next day, good luck). I continued to hold, and then the message said my position in cue was "28". Finally, I hung up. Like I said, the medical staff is excellent, but unless they get a better system of taking phone calls, I don't recommend going here."
