"Went to Dr. Te for a follow-up visit. After gastric bypass surgery there are problems with iron absorption. He walked into the room, asked if blood had been drawn (which of course it hadn't since you need a physician to order it in order for insurance to pay). He ordered the blood test and walked out -- he did not order an iron count. They never called back so when we called they said everything looked normal. When asked specifically about iron count they said it hadn't been drawn. So I'm out $250 for a worthless visit, and my insurance has been billed, as well. Very unprofessional - first, do no harm."

"We have been seeing Dr Te going on 10 years now. We cannot say enough about Dr Te and his staff. So good to explain everything to us. Dr Te and his staff go above and beyond for us. Angie went above and beyond helping us with insurance problems and getting much needed medication. Rachel and the other ladies have always been so good to return our calls and so willing to help us with whatever we need. I highly recommended Dr Te!"

"Dr Te is such a wonderful oncologist/hematologist. I have been his patient for more than five years. He is always so gentle, thorough, and helpful as he steers the course in his patient's cancer journey. I am so thankful for his expertise, availability, and help."

"The back office staff - needs reorganizing. They work for a hematologist/oncologist for heaven's sake. They can't be messing with a persons health. Taking a week to submit an insurance prior authorization (and then only because I called) and no follow up on said PA. Then when discovering no PA is required no follow up to get your patient in for their infusion! Three weeks after my initial appointment - I am still calling them daily for an appointment/infusion. Sometimes you talk with the staff - and you wonder where their information is coming from, and if you have to leave a message with the back office/no response to messages left 48 hours earlier. I could be on my way to feeling better instead of still waiting and wondering. I've done all the insurance work myself! Please. 3 weeks can mean a lot to a patient!"
