"They were wonderful both times I've gone to have teeth removed. I had my wisdom teeth removed in 2017 and then had another extraction recently. They are amazing here and make you feel comfortable. They talk you through each step of what's going on too. I have another tooth needing to be extracted and I will be coming back here for sure!! Highly recommend Dr. Hall and his staff!"

"I've been a patient of Dr. Hall for years. I don't know what's changed but over the past 2 years the overall professionalism and staffing has changed for the worst. Always having to talk to the answering service no matter what, never receiving a call back, even if there was truly an emergency, I guess it doesn't matter as calling back existing patients is not worth their time. (Still waiting for a call back for 5 months now.) Unfortunately the oral surgeons in WNY is slim to none. Dr. Hall is incredible at what he does but the business itself is beyond disappointing."

"Edit** I tried for two days to get ahold of someone in that office to get a refill of the prescription and not once did someone return my call. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed under anesthesia. The doctor was Dr. Markiewicz who is amazing at his job. He’s personable and is sure to make sure you understand everything. 2 wisdom teeth were bony/impacted and I am happy with the result. The only thing is, I wish my medication for recovery and pain management was called in before I left so that I could pick it up and take it immediately because it is painful."

"I was satisfied and much impressed by the oral surgery I had yesterday. The staff were super nice. I experienced almost no pain before the procedure other than the insertion of the IV, but that is on me because my veins ALWAYS roll. Not that prolonged though really, but this was on me and not on the doctor. I was out quickly and had no pain when I woke up after having an impacted wisdom tooth extracted that was DECADES overdue to come out which required the tooth adjacent to it to also come out that was anchoring a bridge. I was in and out in about an hour. Well done and kudos to the doctor and the staff for such a quick, easy, and positive experience because frankly I put this off for years because I was terrified to do it."

"Yes the wait can be long sometimes but the staff are fantastic, knowledgeable, and kind. I've gone to UB oral for several things now and I've got nothing but good things to say. The only negative thing is that I got my wisdom teeth removed and they didn't let me keep the teeth. That being said, that's not a deal breaker. If you have any doubts, don't! They're fantastic."
