"Real life Little Shop Of Horrors! This is the lowest-rated dentist’s office in Buffalo for a reason! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! I Went here because it was the only place I could find that was accepting new patients in a short waiting period. In retrospect, that should’ve been the first sign. It really shows that they take no pride in the place they work and the “care” you will end up receiving here will ultimately reflect as such. You will wait well over an hour to be seen on one of the chairs that are ripped and stained. The receptionist is derelict and you will overhear her and the hygienists talking about other patients and making rude comments. You’d think instead someone would dust off the surfaces maybe clean the windows or even toss the old and ripped up present boxes that look as if they came with the old building (it was July)…Matlock is blaring from the old television to watch. The back where the patients are seen looks like a place my grandparents could’ve went as children and unhygienic. Every single plant was dead. However, this is all secondary to the actual treatment of patients. I had one cavity filled to start after a rushed cleaning and some X-rays. The cavity fell out the next day. I made an appointment to get it put back in, at that appointment where I think they would be fixing the poor work, instead they numbed me and drilled and filled a completely different cavity without even letting me know. (They put a shoddy temporary filling that looked horrendous in the one I thought would be fixed/redone.) THAT cavity fell out the next day! (The surprise one) had to wait a week and a half in pain when I never had any in that area to begin with the second time it fell out because the dentist was on a vacation. I was told to go to the emergency room, no referrals, nothing and hung up on me. When I finally was able to go for it to be refilled, it didn’t feel right from the beginning-he spent all of 3 minutes on It so it then fell out YET AGAIN, causing severe pain. I had to get the damage they caused fixed by a competent dentist and the difference is/was night and day. They explained what they were doing, where they were doing it and made sure it felt and even looked ok, PLEASE be smarter than me and do your research!!! It will save you a lot of time, pain and then having to find someone to fix the problems this place will ultimately cause."

"Canceled in my root canal. THREE TIMES an hour before appnt. Says I can't go elsewhere cuz they have my paperwork. I got an infection now n on antibiotics. I've never been treated so badly. Ive been going there fir years n always wondered why it didn't have to be handicap accessible. ??? They rebooked me for a month but I'm having back surgery so they can't give me an appt after that so soon. Waiting to here back next week what they r gonna do. This is just awful. People die from infections. It gets in your system .. I can see canceling once but THREE TIMES WHEN IM ON MY WAY??? yet they want 24 hrs if I cancel!"

"Honestly, the cleaning was rushed and, not even thoroughly done! I dont think ill be letting this dentist mess w my mouth after hearing what im hearing, and seeing/exp. The machinery WAS INDEED very outdated..only 3 x-rays taken(?) Idk..im just not accustomed to this, so thanks for the heads up."

"I WOULD NEVER advise anyone to attend. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Had my kids scheduled for a dentist appointment June 10th never notified me of the rescheduled time for the 20th until the day of. This isn’t the 1st time either. It happened in April as well. Called me the SAME DAY and the appt was first thing in the morning."

"100% do not recommend after having 2 visits here. Got there at 9am for my 9am appointment, watched the dental hygienists that start at 9am slowly trickle in after 9am, sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes as the only patient in the building and listened to them chit chat in the back and was never called back for my cleaning. Eventually I said I have to go back to work and was told I can reschedule but declined. Employees were anything but friendly on both visits. Building is extremely old and has weird unpleasant smell. All the equipment is extremely outdated and older than I am. I was also questioning the cleanliness of everything in the place, didn't look very good! Don't go here if you don't have to!"
