"This place definitely isn’t what it used to be. I drove all the way for an appointment just to be told we no longer except your insurance. It would have been nice to know that at the time I made the appointment. I agree with the other reviews posted about the secretary’s they are very rude and unprofessional and act like this is the only dental office in the world. Anyone reading this do yourself a favor and go somewhere else ."

"Girl who answered the phone was super unprofessional "This is Courtney, how can I help you?" and when she found out that I had Medicaid she didn't want to even talk to me any more and rushed me off the phone! So rude!"

"If you want to wait months. Had appointments scheduled and office canceled same day d/t hygienist illness. Wanted to charge me $50 for having to cancel same day for same reason. Not happening. Then can't reschedule for 3 months. Going somewhere else that may have a few more employees."

"They have bad customer service they don’t know how to manage anything they kept canceling my mom appointment more than 4 times and when she had an emergency to cancel her appointment less than 24 hrs they want to charge her fee. And one time my mom stuck in traffic and late 5 minutes on the phone they said that’s fine but after showing up they said we can’t take her she’s late then sending bill saying fee for now showing. This place all about collecting fees very disappointing and never recommend it to anyone."
