"Warranty company sent d and a to fix dishwasher. That was over 4 weeks ago. They don't communicate with u. Took 2 weeks for part,still not fixed because that is not what was wrong. Still water not hot,was ready to leave considered it fuxed,got rude with me . Dont use. Told me he dint gave one don't need. I have a dishwasher and he don't know how to fix."

"We wanted to support a local company so we called D&A to come and look at our dishwasher. First of all, they are terrible at communicating. We never knew if or when they were going to show up. They were here 4 times because they were guessing at which parts to replace each time. Of course, none of the new parts fixed the problem and we are stuck with the bill and the same dishwasher that was malfunctioning when they started the process. When we called to see what they could do for us since they never fixed the issue, there was nothing they could do other than charging more money to try another possible part replacement. When we said no thanks you've done enough, they had no solutions. The receptionist said she would have the owner call us, and we are still waiting on the call. 1000% would not recommend."

"AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. We had called to fix our refrigerator. The issue was never corrected and now we are stuck paying someone that can actually fix the problem. They NEVER answer their phone and I’m pretty sure the “repair man” that showed up was homeless and living in his van. He smelled absolutely horrible and had trash piled up everywhere in his work van. ZERO STARS"

"I installed a new dishwasher that I recently purchased. I was having some issues (it beat me) that I have never had when installing one before. I called the manufacturer and they were of little help. They set up an appointment for a service provider, but they could not come out for over two weeks. I spent another 25 minutes on hold and they were able to schedule an appointment with D&A. I got a call back within 30 minutes. Frequent appointment reminders via phone and text. And a notification about 15 minutes before the tech arrived. Lloyd showed up, quickly figured out the issue (you can only pick settings and turn on this dishwasher with the door open). Ran a few cycles to confirm it was good to go."
