"Terrible experience! Zero stars if it was an option. After receiving a call and setting up a sleep study to be mailed to me I received texted messages confirming an appointment nearly 2 hours away. I called the phone number given and left a message (message said they will return calls in 24 hours). 6-8 messages and dozens of unanswered calls later, over a month of trying, I was never responded to. Only when I pressed the "billing questions" prompt was the phone actually answered. I was told I'd receive a Docusign email shortly and it was never sent, I gave up on them."

"My doctor referred me to the Sleep Medicine Centers of WNY for sleep apnea. Reviewers said the receptionists at the other offices were rude, but the Amherst/Williamsville office was good. I left a voicemail with that office, but when the receptionist from the Williamsville office called back, she was mean and nasty. She began by lecturing me for not leaving my date of birth on my voicemail. When I explained that the voicemail instruction didn’t ask for my birth date, she said in a condescending tone that I should always give a date of birth when leaving a message to doctor’s offices. Then when she asked for my personal information and I tried to spell out info, she alternated between verifying it and snapping “I have it!” She was so rude I cancelled the appointment before I even filled out my onboarding info. There’s no reason to be brusque to patients who are just trying to get help. In addition, I had to leave three messages to get a call back and then it was 10 minutes of contempt on the phone. I used to work in customer service and if I acted with half the attitude this woman did, I would have been fired on the spot. Go anywhere else, even out of town rather than put up with this nastiness."

"Worst customer experience. I was called two days before my sons sleep study and was advised there was a large coinsurance due. I didn't completely understand why so I decided to call my health insurance and the rep stated they were using a non participating provider number (NPI). The rep stated she did search the provider/facility and that there was an in network provider number so if they did depending on their billing use the other provider number I would only have a copay. I called back the office and spoke with the billing rep and right off the bat she was combative, argumentative and very dismissive. All I was asking is if she could please call back my insurance with the reference number I had been given and see what they are saying. It wasn't about the money it was I was being told two different things. I'm glad this happened because I then went to read the reviews and see that clearly there is a pattern with this place and the disrespect they provide to their customers. I quickly canceled the appointment."

"Always having a problem when my pharmacy has to contact them to renew my prescription. They never reply. Today I contacted them at 9:30 a.m. told them my pharmacy sent them a renewal message last Thursday (today is Tuesday). She told me the machine has not been working properly and it could be somewhere "out there", and she would take care of it. I called again at 4 as my pharmacy had not heard from them. I learned the renewal was never placed. The very nice lady I spoke to with the second call said she would take care of it right away. It's uncalled for that I have to go through this each time."

"The person at the front desk here (Kenmore/Sheridan location) is incredibly rude. Eye rolling, insanely annoyed the second a new person walks in and she has to commence a new task. After I entered, she scolded me, verbatim, "Next time you need to call first." She said the script my doctor gave me was for the wrong test. Then said she'll have to call my doctor to get the correct script before she could schedule my appointment. She said she would call me back but never did. I tried calling back but was in an endless queue holding. No one picked up. I've read other reviews of others with the same experience. Does the manager of this practice condone the treatment of patients like this? So rude."
