"I had rotator cuff surgery in April 2023 and went to BRG. Christine was so thorough in my evaluation and when she stretched out my arm I swear it was great for days after! Kara was also very diligent at getting me to do all of my exercises and always asked how I was doing and how my shoulder was. They’re both super kind and personable. The place is clean, comfortable, and the receptionists are friendly and always willing to help reschedule if you needed to. Christine the PT and Kara the PTA always accommodated my schedule and were great communicators through their portal. It is also very refreshing that they are open until 7pm four nights in a row. "I have used BRG on several occasions. There facility in Kenmore is bright, neat and clean. My primary PT is Erin Mauro - described as through, patient and kind and exceptionally knowledgeable in PT. Erin can explain "Doc" stuff down to an understandable level and make you feel comfortable while doing what ever is needed to rehabilitate you. The entire staff are available to help and are concerned for your wellness. Scheduling is easy and accommodating with early and late hours. The insurance aspect is handled well along with communication with your doctor. Overall, a good place to receive care."

"I had a great experience at Buffalo Rehab Kenmore, I would highly recommend going here for any PT issues! My first visit with Christine was awesome, she did a thorough evaluation of my neck problems and set up a feasible plan that worked with my schedule. I have worked with Christine and Ryan for most of my sessions so far and they've both been great and accommodating to my progress. The front desk staff is also always friendly and ready to help.
