"I asked to get my tank painted for 3 years going on the 4th year they increase my rental to I wouldn't pay the rental fee until my tank gets painted so they disconnect my tank so I told them to come get it what's 49 percent propane in it and I'm sure I'll get a bill from them recommend them to anybody go to Southhall"

"My father and uncle started the business in the early 80s I've been a customer for the last 12 or so years when ENERGY had bought it, and now SUBURBAN. in the last few years I have had issues with skyrocketing prices here and there but did not want to change companies for sentamentle reasons. My last delivery one of the driver's took out a piece of my fence I have pictures of their trucks tire track off the drive aimed right for the area that was damaged. When I called Aaron Ackerman the manager was very rude and refused to pay for it. Everyone that I talked to that knows him can't stand him. It has been very upsetting to say the least I think I'm going to have to take him to small claims for the principal of it! Although it cost more to file the claim then the peice cost. I'm now going to save money buy going to either South hall or Heards both very reputable!"
