"I went in an added a line to my plan and the younger guy with the tattoo on his neck added the new line as a premium (most expensive) when I wanted the same as my original phone is on. Did not find out until today when I received a bill for $310. After a few hours on the phone with AT&T they fixed it. Sad, that he took advantage of a customer just to pad his check. That is terrible devious customer service. I would NOT recommend going to him. He is the one in the majority of the pictures posted."
"Really great experience with an in store rep named Dylan on June 4th near closing. Went above / beyond with assisting with an upgrade that ended up being more than a little complex. Patient, personable, knowledgeable, & great with handling unexpected issues. Even with a miscommunication on my end, they fixed everything in the end without even showing annoyance with me, which they should have. I would have. I worked in customer service myself & they handled the situation better then most reps ever would. One the best experience I've had with an ATT customer service rep."
