"Another great experience today. We’ve been coming here as a family for a number of years. We’ve had three sets of wisdom teeth removed for my children and an implant for my wife and nothing but the best and most professional treatment. Even had an emergency with an employee so I sent him to Dr Wagley and he took great care of him as well. Today was no different. Excellent!! I figured I should finally add a review now that I can honestly say I’ve seen them over the years and have had nothing but a great experience each time. The best part is our children have had equally positive experiences each time getting wisdom teeth removed that it makes the whole process much easier for the next child in line. "From the very start I felt chastised or punished because I don't have a very good constitution for pain or dentist's. Long story short I am terrified of these kind of procedures. I wanted to b asleep when my double impacted wisdom tooth was cut out. The hole place everyone there treated me badly because I am afriad. Turns out when the dentist has to go to hospital for a procedure he can only do one or two a day instead of ten or fifteen that can b done in the office in a day. So after waiting two months they said it would take another two months to make this appointment . So I feel like I am being punished by this office and all the people I have been in contact with there. No compassion All boils down to money. Not the person u r working on. No it's the money that person is going to make. Shame,Shame. Moochoe love to all now and forever."

"I see Dr. Billy. Have seen him at both locations, and the staff are great both places. Aesthetically, the Boardman office is a much more relaxing and calming atmosphere, but the care provided at both is equally fantastic. Dr. Billy is fast, precise and friendly. He’s in and out quickly, doesn’t dawdle so don’t expect a doctor who will spend hours with you calming your fears. I have had 2 teeth pulled. Both were out in under a minute with no pain whatsoever. He fit me into his busy schedule when I was in horrible pain from my wisdom teeth. Absolutely love him. I posted some pictures because Google Maps lead me to the wrong place the first time. "I’m terrified of the dentist... so expected the worst of my visit... BUT!!! This is a very efficient group of professionals... thank god for people who learn their jobs well!!! Office staff were friendly and helpful, Dr Wagley is a highly skilled professional. The procedure went quickly and I had no complications. Very little pain afterwards and healed quickly. overall excellent experience"
