"I recently worked with Mitre Box Van Outfitter in Pittsburgh to build out my Ford Transit into the cutest little camper van. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. They did such a great job! The van is beautiful and well-constructed, exceeding my expectations in every way. I love the modern, minimal clean style. Brandon is incredibly talented and can probably build anything in any style. I am thrilled with the final result and incredibly grateful for their skill and hard work. From the start, they agreed to take on my (originally) DIY van project when I became overwhelmed with the carpentry work (it was half-finished, a bit of a mess). They built almost everything: the kitchenette (including the plumbing and sink/cooktop install), overhead cabinets, walls, and bench. They even did some finishing work to trim-out sections to hide the mistakes I made in my initial build – so helpful. Brandon and Mara were highly communicative and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They stayed within the budget we discussed, which was a significant relief. The craftsmanship is exceptional – the attention to detail in their work is evident, and the quality of the build is outstanding.
