"My Dennis dentist felt that I needed to remove a back lower molar as it had collapsed and was pretty much destroyed by cavity. It was recommended that I use these particular oral surgeons evaluation and discussion about what we needed to do a time and date was set. I was in, I was out within an hour. The procedure was pretty impressive as that I thought they were gonna have trouble getting to this tooth. They had no issues split the tooth in half and pull them out. I’ve had no residual effects from the procedure just a little bit of pain , that mouth that was taken care of by Motrin, this is the place I’ll go to if I have to have this procedure done again. The doctor was extremely professional. She did an extremely good job explaining things to me and made it quite simple. The anesthesiologist was great and the technicians were just as good. I recommend this place to be used by anyone who needs an oral surgeon"

"If I could give zero stars I would. This was the worst experience at a dental office in my 34 years of life. First of all I came in for consultation in very serious pain and was scheduled for extraction 2 months later. When I came in for extraction my brother who had to take me was running a little late so I called and informed the office, I got there 10 minutes late and the front desk girls were very rude. My brother was outside trying to find a parking spot and they told me I couldn’t go back for extraction until he actually walked in the office. They then demanded I pay my fee of $250 so when I did and my brother walked in they told me I was now 15 minutes late and they couldn’t take me and they were keeping my money I just paid for a cancellation fee. The dentist joined in yelling at me telling me I’m not getting my money back while the girls at the front desk laughed at me for saying I really need that $250 back. I stepped back to calm down and there was an Asian guy also having an issue with them and I watch the chubby girl at the front desk laugh at his speech and become irritated by him speaking slower. I demanded they see me that day or give my money back so they “squeezed” me in and the dentist was rude ! I got my teeth extracted in February and my gums are still sore and swollen and it’s almost April. I will never go back to the place ever again."

Dr. Bryce Hartman did an outstanding job explaining the entire process to me and everyone I came in contact with in the building was super kind and helpful. Was done in about 30 minutes and everything has gone great the first few days of recovery."
