"I just had my wisdom teeth extracted here about 5-6 days ago, and I must say Dr. Palo and staff definitely deserve 5 stars from me! (I was recommended by my dentist, since my usual office does not do wisdom extractions) He walked me through my procedure with my x-rays in hand and told me exactly what he was going to do, answered every question I had with detail, and even called me personally the night after my surgery to check in. The day of surgery was quick, I had almost no wait time upon arriving at the office- which is rare these days! My recovery was great, little to no pain at all this whole week and that was what I was most nervous for. As a disclaimer- none of my teeth were impacted so the surgery itself wasn’t very traumatic, and that could be why I had no pain. Overall, a very nice guy and staff as well! Definitely recommend!"

"I called Dr Polo office after my insurance got the approval from him saying that he would see. Because I was in a lot of pain. But he has a receptionist who is very very prejudice about who she let in to see him. She would not make an appointment even though she knew I was in a lot of pain. And my insurance company Vinci told them that she would not make an appointment for me that I should go somewhere else. As a prophet of the Lord I know for a fact she's very prejudiced the Lord showed me and if she can be that way to a child of God the doctor Polo he needs to fire her"
