"I have been buying/renting outdoor tools and heavy equipment from Murphy's in Washington Pa for over 10 years, I figured I would share my last experience.....very long story short! While my wife and I were caring for my sick mother (who passed away) January of this year my subcompact tractor was repossessed after I got behind on my payments. In that event I agreed to return all of the equipment to the closest Kubota dealer, which I did! But just before it was about to be sent out for auction I was able to satisfy the loan holder, meaning I could pickup my tractor. "Embarrassing Enough" I went to Murphy's and explained the situation to Steve (repo department?) that I was there to pickup the equipment. After a few hours pass they finally bring it out. I go to load the tractor (it don't got no key) I go in and ask for the key. Steve says it didn't come with a key! Which was weird? I ask him how does he think it got here? Anyways! (He did get me a key!) A few weeks go by I notice that my 3pt hitch is missing. ($1500 value) so I go back up. Steve said it's possible that it got misplaced, but not to worry we'll get it figured out... Kubota don't like these kind of things!. It went from "them trying to help me" to me "proving that they have it", real quick! After multiple trips to Murghy's and nurmous calls to Kubota USA 5-6 weeks go by. Nothing! It's very disappointing at this point. So I ask for a manager/superior! Steve says: "that is he" I said; come on Steve! where is the owner? I need some help ...He literally said; I AM the owner! What a shame. After all these years the best they could do is offer to sell me a cheap $500 Chinese set that was technically for a smaller machine. Needless to say I still don't have a 3pt hitch kit and I also won't be shopping Kubota or Murphy's Family Inc!!! They could have done better!"

"Great service! My T2080 lawn tractor kept stalling during operation. I had my tractor there twice over a 20 day period, and they worked on it continuously until it was fixed. The price for the repair was very reasonable as well. I would take my tractor back for any service issues."
